Week 1: The Wake-Up

In the first week, we begin gently by reconnecting to the body after periods of burnout, stress, or emotional disconnection. You’ll learn what nervous system dysregulation really is, how stress physically shows up in your body, and how to start tracking your internal state. Through grounding practices and a calming breath technique, you’ll begin to build awareness of what safety feels like, and how to find it again.

Week 2: The Reset

This week is all about restoring inner calm and learning how to self-regulate. You’ll explore the difference between feeling safe and simply being safe, and begin using breath as a tool to soothe your system. We’ll also look at how environmental factors and digital habits can unconsciously trigger stress. You’ll create a gentle morning and evening ritual to support your nervous system throughout the day.

Week 3: The Breath

Now that you’re building body awareness, it’s time to dive deeper into the breath. You’ll learn the difference between functional breathing and stress breathing, begin retraining your natural rhythm, and experiment with two powerful techniques: Kapalabhati (to energize) and Ujjayi (to calm). We also begin integrating movement and sound as ways to release what words can’t express — allowing you to shift your emotional state with more ease.

Week 4: The Story

This is the most expressive week of the journey. You’ll explore how emotions are held in the body and how to gently unlock them through somatic storytelling. You’ll create your own affirmation or mantra, and practice voicing it — not just mentally, but physically through breath, tone, and self-reflection. You’ll begin building a relationship with your voice that’s rooted in truth, not performance.

Week 5: The Shift

With your breath and story integrated, this week focuses on creating lasting shifts. You’ll learn the basics of polyvagal theory and how to spot old patterns in real life. Then, you’ll begin building new habits and rituals that support nervous system flexibility — the ability to move between challenge and calm with resilience and clarity. This is the week where you’ll start to feel a real change.

Week 6: The Integration

In our final week, we bring everything together. You’ll learn how to support yourself when you regress (because healing isn’t linear), and build a long-term plan for staying regulated, centered, and connected — especially when life gets loud again. With your custom breath practice and integration map in hand, you’ll walk forward knowing how to come back to your center anytime you need.
